Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Stiorrian, the practitioner workspace available at stiorrian.com and its subdomains (the “Service”), operated by CirroSilicon Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Stiorrian is a professional workspace for practitioners of astrology, tarot, runes and numerology. It includes a multi-chart calculation canvas, tarot, rune and numerology workspaces, an interpretation library, shareable client links, public profile and booking pages, a practitioner directory, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Plans are priced per practice: you choose the practices your plan includes from those we offer, and one plan level — Starter or Professional — that applies to all of them. You pay that level’s price for each practice on your plan, as shown at checkout and on the Billing & plan page of your account. Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per account; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan price is charged automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active through the end of the period already paid.

You can change your plan at any time from the Billing & plan page. A Founding plan already includes every practice; to change it, contact us. Adding a practice, or moving from Starter to Professional, takes effect immediately, and we charge the prorated cost of the change for the rest of your current billing period at that time. Removing a practice, or moving from Professional to Starter, takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep what you have paid for until then, and no partial refund is given. During a free trial, a change is not charged until the trial ends. Moving from monthly to yearly billing charges the yearly price immediately, less a credit for the unused part of the current month. Moving from yearly to monthly billing ends the yearly period early: the unused part of it becomes a credit on your account, applied to your following bills. Account credit is not refunded to your payment method or paid out in cash, and it stays on your account if you cancel.

A plan purchased before per-practice pricing continues on its existing terms until you switch it to per-practice pricing. The switch takes effect immediately; any practice you leave out is removed at that time, and the unused part of the earlier plan is credited toward the new one. Except where a specific offer states its own refund window (for example, the founding-member offer’s 60-day full refund) or where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Payments between you and your clients

Session payments from your clients are processed through your own connected Stripe account. You — not Stiorrian — are the merchant for those transactions and are responsible for the services you sell, your refund policy, and any applicable taxes. We take no platform fee on client payments; Stripe’s standard processing fees apply. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own terms.

5. Your content and your clients’ data

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service — your interpretation texts, client profiles, notes, and public-profile content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary consent to enter other people’s information (such as a client’s birth date, time, and place) into the Service, and for how you use and share the readings you produce.

6. AI-generated content

The Service can generate baseline interpretation text using third-party AI models. AI-generated text is a starting draft, not a finished professional reading: it may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is provided for you to review, edit, and take responsibility for before sharing it with a client.

7. Not professional advice

Readings produced with the Service — astrology, tarot, rune and numerology readings, including AI-generated drafts and your published readings — are for reflective, spiritual, and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional in those fields.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or credentials;
  • upload content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes another’s rights;
  • probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except through features we provide for that purpose (such as share links and embeds).

9. Share links and public pages

Share links, public profiles, booking pages, and embeds are visible to anyone who has the link or visits the page. You control what you publish and share, and you can unpublish or revoke access through the Service at any time; copies already made by recipients are outside our control.

10. Practitioner-uploaded decks and rune sets

On the Professional plan, the Tarot workspace lets you upload your own card images — a deck you own, or an oracle deck with your own card meanings — and read with them, and the Runes workspace lets you build rune sets whose stones can carry pictures you upload. When you create such a deck, or first save a rune set with pictures, you confirm that you own the images or hold the rights to upload and distribute them, including to your clients, and that confirmation is recorded with your account.

Stiorrian and CirroSilicon Solutions LLC take no copyright or usage liability for practitioner-loaded decks or rune sets. We act solely as the host of images you choose to upload; the rights, the licence and the responsibility for their use are yours. Once confirmed, a deck’s or rune set’s images appear wherever you choose to share a reading made with it — share links, live sessions and exported PDFs — so an image you are not entitled to distribute is distributed under your name, not ours.

If you believe an uploaded deck or rune set infringes rights you hold, contact us at [email protected] with the share link or account you saw it on and the work you believe is infringed. We remove infringing decks and rune sets on notice, and repeat infringement is grounds for termination under section 13.

11. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by CirroSilicon Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended while your account is in good standing.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers — including Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and AI model providers for interpretation drafts. Their availability is outside our control, and your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where practical we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that chart calculations and generated text will be accurate or fit for any particular use.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CirroSilicon Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to notify you (such as an email or an in-app notice). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
